A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Mr. Oderinde is an alumnus of Yaba College of Technology and has over 25 years of post-qualification experience in the public and private sectors.

He had worked previously as an Accounting Officer with Rank Xerox Limited, a Company Accountant with Logitech Terminus Limited (Computer & UPS Company), and a Bank Accountant and Head of Operations with Maryland Community Bank, before joining Tayo Phillips & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Trainee rising to the position of Audit Manager where he was exposed to Specialised Audit, Tax, and Management Consultancy Services before he left to set up a practising firm.

His quest for knowledge led him to acquire additional skills from the Lagos Business School and Strathmore Business School, Nairobi, Kenya where he attended the Owner Manager Programme. He also attended the International Management Programme at Nanyang Business School, Singapore.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

Opeoluwa Adeyemi is an alumnus of Baptist Boys' High School, Abeokuta, and Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State. He came out with DISTINCTION both in his National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND). He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

He has over fifteen (15) years of working experience. He has worked as Accountant at Rock City Industry Limited, Abeokuta before joining Adebisi Oderinde & Co. as Qualified Trainee (Audit & Tax).

His merit awards include Best Graduating Student (Accountancy Department and School of Management Studies – 2007), Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State.

Opeoluwa Adeyemi is presently the Chief Operating Officer at AOC.

Akinboro Olasumbo is a Project Management Professional, an Oracle Certified Associate, and a Service Management Consultant with over 8 years of experience in Project management, Compliance Monitoring, and Policy Development; She is an alumnus of the University of Lagos.

She worked with Lagos State Water Regulatory Commission, before joining AOC.

He is a graduate of Accounting from The Polytechnic Ibadan. He has over Twenty years of accounting experience in the Public and Private sector.

He worked as Head, Finance and Admin at Edoskot Investment Nigeria limited, System and Ogun State Property and Investment Corporations (OPIC) before joining AOC.
